Pre Development Advice - We can advise developers at an early stage on budgets, guidance on the formation of management companies, compliance with relevant legislation, leasehold structure for the development.

Existing developments - We can manage new developments or take over the management of existing developments where the residents would like to change from their existing agents or from in house management, whether it is a block of apartments, sheltered or retirement complexes, collection of ground rents only or a mixed use development.

Our services can be tailored to meet your requirements. Management are competitive and in return for an initial management contract we do not seek any set up fee.
